The 'Plan' was to make a living by freelancing
I intended to build Websites for "small business"... the only problem was that I just don't have the ability to come up with the killer graphics and logos that are needed for this market. The Plan involved great looking Web sites, small fees, and hopefully a large volume of small business people. The catch was that my graphics just weren't cutting it, and if I outsourced this work to somebody with real talent, the small fees would suddenly become large fees. Sigh.
We all know how 'hindsight' works... it's pretty obvious now that my plan was doomed to failure. Fortunately, I have found my niche, working on the back-end stuff, using CGI and Perl to help with creating some really cool stuff. I work with Gurus. I'm happy. Later I'll add a handful of scripts to this site (gotta move to a new host first), but for what it's worth, below are some of the sites that I did work on during my brief stint in 'freelancing'.

Although this site is not quite completed, it's well worth having a look. In the next short while I'll be adding a shopping cart so Tamara and Curtis can sell their work online.

WorkingForYourSelf.com
A great series of self help books that are geared towards helping people that want to run their own business, or would like to take a look at making their existing business run smoother!!
I really didn't do much with this site... it was almost complete when Wade tracked me down. My involvement was more along the lines of some consulting work and completing a handful of roughed in pages. In the end, Wade chose to bring in a back-end developer which meant going back to the drawing board for the site's layout.
